By using this website, you are agreeing to be legally binded by the following Terms and Conditions:
A. Code of Conduct
Kamusta Cards and it's website kamustacards.com serves to offer unique personalized products to a global audience.
We believe in decent business practices and always seek to provide the best possible value for money and level of service.
We endeavour to be open for business at all times and call upon all users to use the site with common decency, respect
and not engage in any activities that might have a degrading effect on the performance and availability of the site.
In addition we do not allow the following:
1. Illegal activities of any sort.
2. Uploading of images that show any sexually explicit, violent or otherwise indecent content.
3. Inclusion of text that could be deemed as defamatory, abusive or racially prejudiced.
We shall be the sole judges on the compliance of this code. If in our opinion the code of conduct has been breached,
we reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. In such cases, if the card has not been printed out, we will make a refund of funds,
less any transaction charges and other expenses incurred by us. Any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant police authorities.
If you do not agree to abide by this code, please do not use our site.
B. Disclaimer
This site provides the ability to upload images and alter any text displayed and printed on the cards.
We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy, decency, intellectual copyright or other of any such images
or text typed or altered by the user.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
C. Your Consumer Rights
1. Product description
The products displayed on the site are designed to be personalised by the user.
Whilst we have done our best to ensure a close match between the displayed product and the one actually delivered,
there may be slight differences in colours and type faces. This is mainly due to the differences in technology between the web browser,
printing software and printing equipment.
2. Damaged Cards
We do our best to ensure that your card is in perfect condition when posted, but it is unavoidable that the card at times suffer minor damage
during transit, such as bent corners or anything similar. It is beyond our control how the card are treated by the shipping service company and no refund
or re-send is offered for such minor damage. Should your card however, arrive in a very damaged condition or be otherwise defective,
you should contact us immediately and we will send a voucher containing the same value of the card that was damaged to the sender of the card.
Any damaged packaging or content will need to be returned to us to for investigation prior to issuing a voucher.
We will also issue a voucher if the card has not arrived fourteen days after its expected delivery date
(also subject for investigation on the postal or courier service prior to issuing a voucher).
3. Undelivered Cards
Cards that have insufficient addresses or are delivered to wrong addresses will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their recipient's
addresses are valid and correct. Since the shipping service company charges a fee for the return shipping cost of undelivered cards, the customer would shoulder the costs
for the return shipping and re-shipping if he/she wishes to re-send the undelivered card.
4. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled provided that a card in an order hasn't yet been processed for printing.
You may only cancel an order until a day before the mailing date of any card in a single order within 30 days after the date of the order.
This means that if an order contains many cards, and if one of the card have been processed for printing, you may not cancel this order anymore.
When an order is cancelled, we will refund you the amount that you paid on that order. Discount Coupons may not be refunded or reversed.
5. Your statutory rights
The policies set out in this document do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this site is subject to our copyrights or those of our third party designers or authors.
It is unlawful to copy, change, re-distribute, re-sell or otherwise infringe the copyright of any material contained on this site,
and you are not permitted to do so unless specific permission in writing has been sought and obtained from us.
